We collaborated with the National Recreation and Parks Association to develop a compelling digital resource for NRPAs Park Access initiative. The final product included a range of narratives, maps, images, charts, and dashboards contained in a story map.
In collaboration with Georgetown University’s Master in Urban and Regional Planning program, we analyzed the Massachusetts Avenue corridor in Washington DC. Using City78 data and methods, we established the current place identity of the corridor, and developed recommendations for future design interventions.
As a response to the aftershocks of the pandemic, we worked with a restaurant chain located in the greater Washington region and PA, to develop approaches for quickening economic recovery and to recapture lost revenue. One of the methods included a comparative analysis of a similar restaurant chain for benchmarking purposes and for establishing the current state of the market.
Using our advanced technologies, we designed and carried out a corridor analysis of the Savannah highway in Charleston South Carolina. The results of this analysis were designed to aid updates to sections of the West Ashley and Savannah Corridor's long range plan.
